Days 1-5
The uterine lining sheds as estrogen and progesterone are at their lowest. This is the start of the cycle.
Days 6-13
Estrogen begins to rise, follicles develop in the ovaries, and energy levels steadily climb. A period of renewal.
Days 14-15
An egg is released from the ovary. Estrogen peaks then drops, and LH surges. This is the fertile window peak.
Days 16-28
Progesterone rises to prepare the uterus. If no pregnancy occurs, levels drop and the cycle begins again.
